How soon can I receive my goods?

All orders will ship out from Shanghai China. After We received your payment, we'll have 20-25 business days to process your order, (Custom-made items need 30 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 4-5 business days for EMS/DHL Delivery to reach your hand. And you will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped .
Please note If you choice EMS/DHL, Your phone No. is required. Item must be received and sign by the people in the address. EMS or DHL will call you in case of that they can not find people in the address and they never leave the item in front of your door. They will send it back after 2 or 3 times delivery. We encourage you to leave you phone No. to increase safety and avoid delay of shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

Please view our return and refund policy carefully before you place order.

* We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns. (Since all dresses are made to order (manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses). We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to order the right size, color, style since all sales are final.)

*We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you.

*Refund would subject to $60 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.

*Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.

*Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.

*All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. if we not received dress in 7 days, we will can't accept any return.

*Refund only after the return package is received.

*No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
